探讨了纳米超顺磁性铁氧体的制备条件及其性能特征。通过正交试验确定了最佳合成方法:应用化学共沉淀法,反应温度为80%、pH值为9.0、[Zn^2+]:[Fe^2+]为1:5、反应时间为75min。同时利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等进行表征,表明制备的样品为尖晶石结构,平均粒径7.7nm,大小均匀,比饱和磁强度为65.7563Am^2/kg,具有良好的超顺磁性。
Nanosized super paramagnetic ferrite is prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The preparation condition and the characterizations of the title ferrite are also studied. The best preparation condition is defined based on the orthogonal design method. The sample with excellent magnetic targeting and stability is obtained when T=80℃,pH=9. 0,[Zn^2+] : [Fe^2+]=1: 5, and t=75min. Then the sample prepared under the best synthetic condition is characterized by XRD, TEM and VSM. The analytic results show that the sample has the spinelle structure, uniform nanoparticle size(about 7.7 nm), and good super paramagnetism (σ=65. 7563Am^2/kg), so that it can be well applied to the bio-pharmaceuticals.
