采用饱和水溶液法制备了磺胺甲噁唑与β-环糊精的包合物.利用紫外光谱分析法验证了包合物的形成.通过正交试验得到最佳制备工艺为包合原料摩尔比1∶1、包合时间3 h、包合温度60℃,其包合率可达86.03%;差热曲线分析得到包合比为1∶1,并利用紫外分光光度法分别在20℃、30℃、40℃和50℃下研究了磺胺甲噁唑的β-环糊精包合物的稳定常数.
The inclusion compound of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) was prepared with saturated solvent method, and its formation was validated through ultraviolet-spectrophotometry (UV) analysis. The results of orthogonal test show that the optimal parameters adopted in preparation are:60 ℃ ,2 h mixing, 1:1 raw material molar ratio for β-CD/SMZ, and at that time the inclusion rate of β-CD with SMZ will reach 86.03 %. The molar ratio was determined as 1 : 1 through differential thermal analysis(DTA). The stability constants of inclusion compound in aqueous solution were also studied by using UV method at 20 ℃, 30 ℃, 40 ℃ and 50 ℃, respectively.
