A nonlinear boundary value problem with conjugate and shift for regular function vectors on unbounded domains in real Clifford analysis is considered. The Plemelj formula for regular function vectors on unbounded domains is obtained firstly. Then the existence and the integral expression of the solution to this problem are investigated by virtue of integral equations and the Schauder fixed point theorem.
