本试验旨在研究饲粮玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)水平对苏禽青壳蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清脂质以及经济效益的影响。选用28周龄产蛋率接近的健康苏禽青壳蛋鸡240只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10只,试验饲粮分别含有0(对照组)、1%、3%、5%、7%和9%的玉米DDGS(粗蛋白质,26.91%;表观代谢能,9.20 M J/kg;粗脂肪,13.66%;中性洗涤纤维,32.27%;酸性洗涤纤维,9.58%;钙,0.12%;磷,0.66%),各处理饲粮中能量、蛋白质水平相同,试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加玉米DDGS可显著增加蛋黄颜色(P〈0.05),饲粮玉米DDGS水平达到3%及以上时可显著提高哈氏单位(P〈0.05),饲粮不同玉米DDGS水平对蛋鸡产蛋性能和其他蛋品质指标无显著影响(P〉0.05);7%和9%玉米DDGS组血清胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。2)试验期内,与对照组相比较,1%、3%、5%、7%和9%玉米DDGS组的饲料成本分别降低了0.151、0.211、0.383、0.478和0.495元/只,7%和9%玉米DDGS组的利润分别增加了0.170和0.933元/只。由此可见,饲粮不同玉米DDGS水平对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和蛋黄胆固醇含量无不良影响,添加7%和9%玉米DDGS能够显著提高蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位,降低血清胆固醇含量,并能有效增加养殖利润。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary corn distillers dried drains with solu- bles (DDGS) level on laying performance, egg quality, serum lipid indices and economic profit of Suqin green-shelled laying hens. Two hundred and forty 28-week-old Suqin green-shelled laying hens with a similar laying rate were assigned to 6 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 hens per replicate. Experimental diets contained 0 (control group), 1% , 3% , 5% , 7% and 9% DDGS which consisted of 26.91% crude protein, 9.20 MJ/kg apparent metabolizable energy, 13.66% crude fat, 32.27% neutral detergent fiber, 9.58% acid detergent fiber, 0.12% calcium, and 0.66% phosphorus. The experiment lasted for 42 days. Results showed as follows : 1 ) compared with the control group, corn DDGS significantly increased yolk color ( P 〈 0.05 ), and Haugh unit was significantly increased when the level of dietary corn DDGS was or exceed 3 % ( P 〈 0.05 ), but different corn DDGS levels did not affect laying performance and the other egg quality indices ( P 〉 0.05 ). The serum cholesterol content in 7 % and 9 % corn DDGS groups was significantly lower compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). 2 ) In the experiment, compared with the control group, the feed cost in 1% , 3% , 5% , 7% and 9% corn DDGS groups was reduced by 0. 151, 0. 211, 0. 383, 0. 478 and 0. 495 RMB per bird, and the profit in 7% and 9% corn DDGS groups was increased by 0. 170 and 0. 933 RMB per bird. It is indicated that corn DDGS has no harmful effects on laying performance, egg quality and yolk cholesterol content, and 7 % and 9% DDGS significantly increase the yolk color and Haugh unit, decrease serum CHOL content, and can effectively increase the profit.
