应用基于声学有限元法、耦合法和统计能量法的全频域声学分析技术,对大型海洋工程结构——深水半潜式钻井平台进行同一软件环境下的一体化声学建模与计算。分析了该半潜式钻井平台的动力学特性及舱室和环境振动噪声的形成与传播机理,预报了原始设计方案的各舱室的声压级,对舱室和环境噪声进行了评价,提出了合理可行的降噪减振方案。
Noise and vibration prediction technology based on acoustic FEM,hybrid method and SEA in full spectrum is applied to design of semi-submersible drilling platform.The modeling,vibration and acoustic computation of platform are completed in the same software environment.Noise transmission paths are identified through an energy thermogram,and feasible noise reduction designs are proposed with adding absorption and insulation materials.Due to the strict requirements on sound pressure levels by ship owner,damping materials are also used in some special areas.
