对于给定的自然数n，Smarandachc幂函数SP（n）定义为SP（n）=min{m：n｜m^m，m∈N}．本文研究了这个函数的均值分布性质，并利用解析方法得到了Smarandache幂函数的一个较强的均值公式．

英文摘要：

Given an positive integer n, we define the Smarandache power functions SP（n） as follows： SP（n） - min{m ： n｜m^M, m ∈ N}. In this paper, wc study the mean value distribution property of SP（n）, and obtain a sharper asymptotic formula for the mean value of the Smarandache power function.
