目的研究Euler数E2a的一类同余性质。方法利用初等及解析方法。结果当素数p≡3（mod4）时给出了Ep＋1/2模p的一个同余式。结论建立了Euler数与L-函数之间的同余关系。

英文摘要：

Aim To study the congruence property of the Euler numbers. Methods Using the elementary and analytic methods. Results A congruence equation for Ep＋1/2 is given if p≡ 3 （ mod 4）. Conclusion The relations between the Euler numbers and the Dirichlet L-function is established.
