探寻30位国医大师的个人经历及成长过程，分析中医传承及中医药人才成长的一些普通规律。发现多数名医名家是以广义的师承模式走上岐黄之路的；中医名家的个人信仰、价值观是铸造苍生大医的灵魂；重视传统文化、钻研古籍经典、精益求精、悟真求道、勤于临床、追求至善是造就国医大师的动力机制。这些为中医药人才的培养、中医药文化的传承提供了有益启示。
英文摘要：
To explore personal experience and development pattern of 30 renowned TCM masters and to analyze TCM inheritance and TCM talents cultivation. It was found that they learnt TCM through general lineage. Their belief, values are the souls of being a doctor. They emphasized on traditional culture, dig into classical literatures, constantly improved medicine, diligently worked into clinic and pursued kindness, which revealed the core of TCM talents cultivation and TCM culture inheritance.
