The theory of medicine being a kind technology is the highest guiding ideology of Chinese bioethics. The Chinese medical ethics formed in three kinds of Chinese ancient philosophy：people are the most precious;kindness is natural;kindness is the nature of man. The idea of people being the most precious is the foundation of Chinese medical and ethics. The doctor＇s kindness is the natural existence, not be imposed.
