利用26个省的混合横截面数据，研究了教育不平等对城乡收入差距的动态影响。研究发现，城乡间受教育程度的差异对收入差距扩大有显著影响，并且随着市场化改革的深入，教育的作用越来越重要。基于此，有理由认为，教育的不平等是我国当前收入差距扩大的一个重要原因，并且通过代际传递对今后的城乡收入差距持续地产生影响。
英文摘要：
This paper analyzes the fact of the inequality in education between urban and rural labors in China and its affects the enlarging of the income gap. Using pooled cross - sectional data set of 26 provinces, we estimate the dynamic effect of the inequality in education in increasing income gap.We find that the urban- rural gap in education plays an important role in the enlarging of the income gap.Therefore,inequality in education opportunity plays an important in the current enlargement of the income gap, and it will have durative influence on the future enlargement of the income gap.
