为了研究纳米微粒对低温保护剂热力学性质的影响,本实验利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量了加入不同质量分数的HA纳米微粒的PVP低温保护剂溶液的比热值.实验结果表明:纳米微粒加入PVP溶液后比热值明显减小,而且HA纳米微粒质量浓度越高,溶液的比热值越小.由于比热容与热扩算系数成反比关系,比热的降低能提高溶液的传热效率,进一步促进溶液的玻璃化形成.针对实验中的比热变化,作者尝试作出了一定的理论解释.
To study the effects of the nanoparticles on thermodynamic parameter of PVP cryoprotectant solutions,the DSC were used to measure of the PVP solutions with/without nanoparticiles in the paper.Consider the result shows that the specific heat decreases with the increasing of the concentration of nanoparticles.The paper takes the explanation about this phenomenon by the interaction between the nanoparticles and solution.
