对1998-2008年人力资本及其结构进行了度量分析。采用随机前沿分析(SFA)模型,对人力资本、人力资本结构与区域经济增长效率之间的关系进行了研究。结果发现:此期间人均受教育年限不断提高,人力资本结构不断优化升级,居民受教育程度不断提高,但区域差异明显;对人力资本存量的投资能促进经济增长效率的改善,但改善力度不大;人力资本及其结构对经济增长效率的当期作用不明显,存在滞后效应;在人力资本构成中,接受过高等教育的人力资本对经济增长效率改善具有较大促进作用;受产业结构、产业转移、劳动力流动等因素影响,人力资本结构的经济增长效应存在区域差异。
First this paper measures human capital and its structural during 1998-2008.And then the paper studies on bind of human capital,human capital structure and regional economic growth efficiency using SFA model.And we have the following conclusions: Average years of education is rising,human capital structure is upgrading and residents level of education is increasing,but regional differences are significant.The investment of human capital can promote economic growth efficiency,but the effect is not large.The current role of human capital and its structure on economic growth is not obvious,and there exists delay effect.Highly educated human capital has a greater role in promoting economic growth efficiency.The economy growth effects of human capital structure exist regional differences by the industrial structure,industrial transfer,labor mobility and other factors.
