本文采用非参数Maliquist指数方法实证分析了我国工业行业全要素生产率的增长状况，并将其分解为技术进步和技术效率。研究表明，1998—2007年我国工业行业全要素生产率的平均增长率为9．9％：行业间全要素生产率和技术进步变化显著，技术效率变化不大；技术进步是推动我国工业行业全要素生产率增长的最显著因素。
英文摘要：
In this paper, the method of non-parametric Malmquist index is used to make an empirical analysis of the mounting condition of Total Factor Productivity in China＇s industry, which is decomposed into technological progress and technical efficiency. Studies have shown that, the average growth rate of Total Factor Productivity in China＇s industrial business, during the years between 1998 and 2007, is 9.9%; significant change can be seen from inter-industry Total Factor Productivity as well as the technological progress, while a relatively little change can be found in terms of technical efficiency; technological progress is the most eminent factor to promote the growth of Total Factor Productivity in China＇ s industry.
