利用非参数的Malmquist生产率指数方法研究了1999—2008年中国研发创新全要素生产率(TFP)的变动及其分解,并针对TFP变动的时序特征及地区差异进行了比较分析。研究表明,中国研发创新TFP增长主要是由于技术效率推动的,技术进步改善的作用相对有限,研发创新技术进步与技术效率呈显著负相关,TFP并不是研发创新产出增长的主要源泉;东、中、西部地区之间研发创新TFP增长率也存在显著差异,且呈现东部、西部、中部依次递减的趋势。
In this paper,the method of non-parametric Malmquist index is taken to study the alteration and the decomposition of the Total Factor Productivity in China's RD Innovation during the years between 1999 and 2008.Meanwhile the index is also applied to analyze the timing characteristics and the regional differences of the TFP change comparatively.The result shows that: TFP growth in China was mainly propelled by the technical efficiency,while the technical progress has the limited contribution;technological Innovation and RD technical efficiency hold a visibly negative correlation;TEP failed to be the main source of the growing output of the RD Innovation.Besides,innovative TFP growth rates of the three regions,eastern,western and central,show the significant difference respectively,and a descending trend could be seen based on this order.
