The target intensity of S＆T input that National Guideline on Medium-and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development （2006- 2020）putted forward is very important to develop the science and technology, and it is of significance for the strategic target of strengthening the ability of self-innovation and building one innovation country. On the base of the analysis of Chinese present situations of S＆T input, the paper puts forward coordination mechanism to achieve the target intensity of S＆T input.
