随着我国民航事业蓬勃发展,飞机已成为人们出行的主要交通工具之一。但残疾人这一特殊群体在乘机时仍存在许多问题,主要表现为:购票难——"一票难求"、登机难——"一机难登"以及服务流于形式——"一言难尽"。文中从法律、社会和个人三方面分析残疾人乘机问题原因,并结合国际经验提出改善建议与措施,以提高残疾人乘机服务质量与水平,保障残疾人旅客航空运输权益。
With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the aircraft has become one of the main means of transport.However,there are still some problems and lags of the disabled passengers in air transportation.They are as follow:①Tickets shortage;②Boarding problems;③Difficult impelling of services.In this paper,we analyze the causes of above problems from three aspects,law,society and individuals,and propose the improvement suggestions and measures which aims at improving the quality of aircraft service and guaranteeing the rights of the disabled in civil air transportation.
