The autistic Children haven’t been included as special educational objects.It is an urgent problem to recognize the autistic children as special educational objects.The right of receiving education is the fundamental right for the autistic children to survive and develop themselves.And it reflects educational equity to protect the right of receiving education for the autistic children.That the autistic children are not included in the legal objects of special education leads to many problems.It is recommended to take practical measures to strengthen and improve the education of the autistic children：（1） Implement the spirits of the outline,and update the educational idea;（2） Strengthen the co-ordination of the departments through the legislation of special education;（3）Find out the base number and separate the funding for the autistic children from the whole special education funding;（4） Try our best to create a harmonious social atmosphere that is helpful for people to accept the autistic children.
