基于界面流与界面变形理论,采用高压空气喷涂工艺,在赛艇表面制备一种具有二元复合结构表面形貌的减阻聚合物涂层,对涂料成膜过程中涂膜体系的物料迁移和温度变化进行试验研究和数值模拟,讨论聚合物涂层表面形貌的形成机制。结果表明,涂膜表层溶剂挥发,导致涂膜体系中出现温度梯度和表面张力梯度,由此引发的界面流和界面变形是聚合物涂层表面形貌形成的主要原因。
In order to reduce the skin friction drag of underwater vehicles like rowing shell, a novel method for the fabri- cation of binary structured surface was proposed with a simple spray-painting technique, and remarkable drag reduction performance was obtained. By performing experiments and conducting computational fluid dynamic methods, the formation mechanism of binary structure surface was investigated. According to the results, interfaeial convection and deformation which are driven by the gradients of temperature and surface tension due to solvents evaporation plays a crucial role in the formation process of surface topography of polymer coating.
