采用轮毂热压工艺,制备一种表面有规则微米级沟槽结构的薄膜。利用白光干涉表面形貌仪对薄膜表面形貌检测,结果表明采用此工艺制备的薄膜可获得形貌构型可控的微米级沟槽结构。通过热压轮毂形状参数,控制微米沟槽形貌构型。经航天部FD06风洞的测试,证实微米级沟槽表面薄膜在高速空气流中,诱发二阶涡流,显著降低固汽界面间剪切作用和摩擦阻力,具有显著的减阻效果。
A kind of film with rule micron-scale riblets was prepared using hot wheel pressing technique. A surface mapping microscope was utilized to study the surface of the riblet film. The results shows rule micron-scale riblet structure was fabricated on the film surface. Control morphology configuration of riblet surface through hot wheel morphology. Test results in a FD06 wind tunnel showed remarkable drag reduction rate on the riblet film. The drag reduction mechanism was discussed.
