运用夹层板基础理论和有限元软件工具分析了钢/聚氨酯夹层板的抗弯比刚度,通过理论计算和有限元数值实验对普通船用钢板和不同厚度比的钢/聚氨酯夹层板的抗弯比刚度进行了计算分析.分析结果表明:钢/聚氨酯夹层板的抗弯比刚度明显高于普通钢板;当钢/聚氨酯夹层板的面板、芯材材质及夹层板总厚度相同时,单纯依靠增加聚氨酯芯材的体积占比并不一定能有效提高夹层板的抗弯比刚度,还必须同时考虑面板总厚度及两侧面板厚度分配比例的关系.
The sandwich plate theory and finite element software are used to analyze the specific flexural stiffness of steel / polyurethane sandwich plates; based on the theoretical calculation and finite element numerical experiments,the specific flexural stiffness of marine steel plates and steel / polyurethane sandwich plates with different thickness ratio are calculated and analyzed. The results show that,the specific flexural stiffness of the steel / polyurethane sandwich plate is obviously higher than that of the marine steel plate. When the thickness of the steel /polyurethane sandwich panel is fixed,and the materials of polyurethane core and metal plate are not changed,the sandwich plate specific flexural stiffness can not be effectively improved with only increasing the proportion of polyurethane core; the total thickness of the metal plate and the thickness distribution ratio between the plates on both sides are important.
