为使试验水池能为研究温差能水下运载器提供稳定可靠的实验环境,根据滑翔机相变材料相过程变模型的数值求解,得出实验水池温度梯度控制目标,并以此为目标设计出一套基于西门子S7-200PLC的温度梯度控制的实验台架,实验表明,水池在长度方向上有1/3区域可获得理想的温度梯度。
According to numerical solution of the model of phase change of PCM ( phase change material), a temperature gradient control objective for experiment basin was obtained and a temperature gradient control system based on S7-200PLC was designed for this objective. Experimental data showed that good vertical temperature gradient exist in one third of space of the basin in the length direction. This temperature gradient control system supplies a reliable test environment for the study of underwater thermal vehicles.
