龙虎交战针法对非特异性下背痛患者血浆P物质的影响

目的观察龙虎交战针法对非特异性下背痛患者血浆P物质的影响,初步探讨其镇痛机制。方法将90例入选患者随机分为3组,分别为龙虎交战针法组(A组)、平补平泻针法组(B组)和中频理疗组(C组),每日治疗1次,6次为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效:检测3组治疗前后外周血浆P物质的含量。结果治疗后临床疗效A组与B、C组比较(P〈0.05)。差异有统计学意义。3组血浆P物质含量治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),其中治疗后A组与B、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),B组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),对血浆P物质舍量的影响。A组优于B组。B组优于C组。结论龙虎交战针法是治疗非特异性下背痛有效的镇痛针法之一,其镇痛机制可能与降低血浆中P物质有关。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the effects of long-hu-jiao-zhan acupuncture manipulation on plasma substance P (SP) in the nonspecific low back pain patients and to study its analgesic mechanisms. Methods 90 nonspecific low back pain patients were randomly divided into 3 groups as long-hu-jiao-zhan manipulation group'(Group A), reinforcing-reducing technique group (Group B) and intermediate frequency physical therapy group (Group C). Each group was treated once a day; a treatment course was 6 days. Peripheral plasma SP content was examed before and after 2 courses. Results After treatment, clinical effects of Group A had significant differences compared with the controls (P〈0.01). The differences of peripheral plasma SP content among 3 groups were statistically significant A had more significant changes than Group B and Grou B and C had statistic the changes of Group effective. Its analgesia differences(P〈0.01); the c B was greater than Group technique may be relevant hanges before and after treatment (P〈0.01); Group p C(P〈0.01); the difference between Group of Group A was greater than Group B, and C. Conclusion Long-hu-jiao-zhan manipulation is to the reduce of peripheral plasma SP.
