Kirguises, which was located on the upstream of Yenisei River and had a long history, has been recorded in historical literature since the Han Dynasty. It formed a khanate at the beginning of the 8th century and defeated Uighur Khanate in northern Mongolia in the middle of the 9thcentury. It not only ended the rule of the Turkic tribes over Mongolian Plateau but also provided an opportunity for the rise and development of different Mongolian tribes. Thus, it changed the political structure of Mongolian Plateau and the Mid Asia.
