以填充烧结微米金属-沸石混合吸附剂的吸附单元管为载体,针对填充有不同混合吸附剂的吸附单元管进行了一系列性能试验,并研究分析了吸附单元管在不同热源温度和风速下的制冷特性。结果显示,填充微米铝粉的混合吸附剂吸附单元管的制冷性能最佳,脱附水量比100%分子筛颗粒的要大31.8%,且循环时间缩短了117min。在一定范围内,热源温度和风速的提高缩短了系统的循环周期,有利于吸附单元管制冷性能的提升。
An adsorption unit tube filled with micro-metal sintered zeolite composite adsorbent has been designed and manufactured. A series of performance experiments for the effects of various mixed adsorbents on the adsorption unit tube were carried out, and the refrigeration properties of the adsorption unit tube were also studied and analyzed under different heat source temperatures and wind speeds. The results show that the adsorption unit tube mixed with micro-aluminum has the best cooling performance, its desorption amount is increased by 31.8% , and the cycle time is also shortened by 117 min compared with 100% molecular sieve particles. The results also show that the increase of heat source temperature and wind speed shortens the cycle time, which is helpful for the improvement of the cooling performance of the adsorption unit tube.
