Taking the dissolution time of total flavonoids from Sarcandra glabra,weight variation and appearance grade as indexes,the formulation and technique of total flavonoids drop pills were optimized by the orthogonal experiment.The experimental results demonstrate that the optimized technique to prepare Sarcandra Glabra＇s total flavones drop pills was PEG6000∶PEG4000=3∶1,total flavones∶adjuvant=1∶4,Tween 80 was 3%,dropping distance was 6 cm.
