随着经济社会的加快发展，绿色发展理念深入人心，逐渐成为衡量城市竞争力的重要指标。基于绿色发展理念构建指标体系，选取2004年和2013年山东省17地市的截面数据，采用主成分分析和聚类分析等方法，对城市竞争力进行实证研究。研究发现：基于绿色发展理念的山东省城市竞争力具有明显的地域差异，发展水平不平衡，东西部差异较大，空间差异明显。竞争力优势区域集中在东部沿海和山东半岛地区，中西部地区城市竞争力分布具有明显的圈层结构，城市竞争力具有路径依赖特征。东部沿海地区经济发达，但辐射和带动作用不强，产业结构的路径依赖特征也在一定程度上制约着地区阃的信息和技术交流，从而影响山东省整体竞争力的提升。

英文摘要：

With the acceleration of economic and social development, the concept of green development enjoys popular support, has gradually become an important indicator of urban competitiveness. In this paper, based on the concept of green development to build the index system, selected in 2004 and 2013 17 cities in Shandong Province cross section data, using principal component analysis and clustering analysis method, the empirical study of urban competitiveness and regional development aspect comparison. The results show that the urban competitiveness of Shandong Province is obviously different from other regions, the level of development is not balanced, and the difference between the east and the west is obvious. The competitive advantage area is concentrated in the eastem coastal area and the Shandong peninsula area. In the inland area, the urban competitive power distribution has the obvious circle structure,the urban competitiveness has the path dependence characteristic. The eastern coastal area has a developed economy, but the radiation and driving effect is not strong, the path dependence of industrial structure also restricts the regional exchange of information and expertise in a certain extent, thus affecting the overall competitiveness of Shandong Province.
