根据山东省济南市居民的调查数据,运用多指标综合评价模型,从城市安全、生活方便、城市环境、城市形象、经济水平、社会事业、文化事业七个方面对济南人居环境进行综合评价。研究结果表明,济南人居环境总得分为0.61,位于＂一般＂水平;城市环境、社会事业、生活方便、城市形象是影响济南人居环境质量提高的主要因素。在此基础上提出改善人居环境的对策与建议：以生态文明理念为指导加强污染防治与环境保护,以全面建成小康社会为动力发展社会事业,以人本理念为指导为市民提供最大程度的便利条件,以新型城镇化为动力合理进行城市规划、提升城市形象。

英文摘要：

Based on the survey data of residents in Jman city, Jinan city＇ s human settlement is assessed from city safety, convenience, city environment, city image, economic level, social undertakings, cultural undertaking by using multi-index comprehensive evaluating model. The results show that Jinan city＇s human setdement goal is 0.61 and in the general level; city environment, social undertakings, convenience, city image are the main inflnence factors. The countermeasures and suggestions are： take ecological civilization as opportunity to strengthen the prevention and control of pollution and ecosystem conservation; take building moderately prosperous society as oppommity to promote the development of social undertakings; provide convenience for citizens guided by the human-oriented idea; take new-type urbanization as oppommity to plan city reasonably and promote dty image.
