制备了基于荧光染料2-diphenylamino-7-(2,2 diphenylvinyl)-9,9′-spriobifluoreme(DPV)的高效率蓝光有机电致发光器件(OLED)。器件的结构为ITO/m-MTDATA(30 nm)/NPB(20 nm)/DPV(dnm)/BCP(10 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(100 nm)。通过调整DPV层的厚度d,研究了器件的发光性能。测试结果表明,当DPV的d为30 nm时,器件的最大发光效率达到了3.6 cd/A,最大亮度达到了8 807 cd/m^2;当电压从4 V变化到12 V时,色坐标从(0.16,0.22)变化到(0.15,0.16)。
Based on the 2-diphenylamino-7-(2,2-diphenylvinyl)-9,9′-spirobifluorene(DPV) as emitter layer,high efficient blue organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) with a typical structure of ITO/m-MTDATA(30 nm)/NPB(20 nm)/DPV(d nm)/BCP(10 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(100 nm) were fabricated via the thermal vacuum deposition method.By adjusting the thickness of the DPV layer,the electroluminescent(EL) characteristics of the devices were investigated.The test results indicate that the maximum luminous efficiency of 3.6 cd/A and maximum brightness of 8 807 cd/m2 are achieved when the thickness of the DPV layer is 30 nm.The CIE coordinates change from(0.16,0.22) to(0.15,0.16),when the voltage changes from 4 V to 12 V.They are good blue devices.
