知识网络是由知识单元及其相互关联建立起来的复杂网络结构,是知识管理的重要组织形式。针对当前研究缺乏对知识网络中知识完备性的探讨,从运用知识网络进行问题求解的角度出发,提出了对知识网络所包含知识的完备程度进行分层测度的方法。首先从人类认知过程角度出发对知识网络和问题以及二者之间关系进行阐述;进而对知识网络的知识完备的概念和知识完备的三个层次进行明确定义;在测度方法中采用概念属性匹配、关系匹配和问题驱动的知识网络推理进行问题求解分别对三个层次的知识完备进行测度,并探讨了各层次知识完备性间的关系。最终实验给出一个知识网络的知识完备性测度实例和结果分析。
The knowledge network is a complex network consisting of knowledge units and the relations between them, and it is an important organizational form the knowledge management. To solve the problem of existing researches' being lack of the knowledge completeness analysis of the knowledge network, a layered measuring method of the knowledge completeness of the knowledge network is presented from the angle of solving problems using the knowledge network. Firstly, the formal descriptions of the knowledge network model and the problem are described, and then the relationship between them is analyzed from the perspective of human cognitive process. Secondly, the concept of the knowledge completeness and the three layers of the knowledge completeness are defined. Thirdly, the concepts and attributes matching method, the relations matching method and the knowledge network reasoning driven by the problem solving are used to measure the three layers respectively, the relations between the three levels is also discussed. Finally, a knowledge completeness measurement example and the results analysis are put forward.
