基于生态足迹方法计算河南省1991—2012年能源足迹,选取修正后的人均GDP、建成区面积和能源足迹作为分析指标,利用脱钩分析法对河南省工业化和城市化过程中能源足迹和城市扩张与经济发展的关系进行实证分析。河南省1991-2012年能源足迹和城市扩张与经济发展的关系总体经历了弱脱钩、扩张连接、扩张负脱钩、扩张连接、弱脱钩、弱强脱钩的过程,呈现由畸形状态向可持续发展状态过渡的变化趋势,说明河南省在近年发展中逐渐摆脱以牺牲生态环境和建设用地为代价的发展方式。河南省的经济发展虽然正逐渐和资源投入脱钩,但是当前依然需要消耗大量的资源,资源短缺和人地矛盾加剧问题仍然会长期存在。
Based on the ecological footprint method, this article calculates the energy footprint during 1991- 2012 in Henan Province, selects the revised per capita GDP, urban built-up area and energy footprint as analysis indicators, uses the decoupling method to analysis the relationship between economic development and energy footprint in the process of industrialization and urbanization since the reform and opening-up policy in Henan Province. The relationship between economic development and energy footprint or urban expansion has experienced weak decoupling, recession decoupling, negative decoupling, recession decoupling, weak decoupling and strong decoupling in Henan Province during 1991-2012. And the relationship general have shown a sound momentum of steady development, and the trends are sustainable change trends. It shows that in the development of economic in recent years, Henan Province gradually get rid of the expense of the ecological environment and the way of the development of the construction land. But the current economic development still need to consume large amounts of resources. Shortage of resources and the intensified contradiction between human and land problems will still exist for a long time.
