With Participatory rural appraisal method （PRA）, this paper used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on questionnaires and the meeting data analyzed the infrastructure construction, residents of the development production, living environment and the management mechanism of Minle county modern agricultural demonstration garden. The result shows that index of planning and development comprehensive evaluation is 69.45, which belonged to the ＂normal＂ level. There is a certain gap from the modem agricultural demonstration garden construction standards in the environmental landscape construction and cultural aspects of implantation, specifically in the lower standard Of secondary roads, the weaker technology service system, water-saving irrigation facilities is not completed and the single culture. With the development of the planning and socio-economic, when stakeholders＇ demands are to be continued changing, the garden planning should be adjusted. The farmers demands should be paid attention in the planning according to the demand of adjust planning, in order to improved the rationality and sustainability.
