为了厘清影响我国西部中小城市地价的主要因素及各因素间的相互关系与影响程度,基于结构方程模型,文章以甘肃省平凉市为研究区域,选取了生活服务便利性、环境服务便利性、交通服务便利性和工作服务便利性4个主要影响因子,构建平凉市居住用地价格影响因素模型。研究表明：以平凉市为代表的我国西部中小城市而言,以上4个影响因素的影响程度依次为：生活服务便利性、环境服务便利性、交通服务便利性、工作服务便利性。
英文摘要：
In order to clarify the influence factors of residential land price of medium and small-sized cities in western China,the paper chooses pingliang city,gansu province as the study area,and selects the convenience of living services,environmental services convenience,the convenience of transportation and work services convenience as the main four influencing factors,and establishes a PLS-based structural equation model. It is concluded that the influence factors of residential land price of medium and small-sized cities in western china include： the convenience of living services,environmental services convenience,the convenience of transportation,work service convenience.
