[目的/意义]从知识生态视角能够全面深入探究企业研发团队隐性知识转移绩效影响因素的作用机理,有助于企业研发团队知识生态系统的建设,提高企业研发团队隐性知识转移绩效和知识创新能力。[方法/过程]文章首先从知识、知识主体、知识环境、知识转移网络结构4个维度解析了影响因素,构建了企业研发团队隐性知识转移绩效的影响因素模型,并提出了相关假设;然后运用多元回归分析方法进行模型的检验和分析。[结果/结论]分析结果表明本研究提出的假设均得到数据支持,模型的拟合情况较好,实证分析结果能够为企业研发团队隐性转移绩效管理提供启示。
[ Purpose/significance] Using the knowledge ecological perspective could give full exploration to the functioning mechanism of the influence factors of the performance of tacit knowledge transfer in enterprise R&D team, help build enterprise R&D team knowledge ecosystem and improve tacit knowledge transfer performance and knowledge innovation ability. [ Method/ process ] Firstly, this paper analyzes the influence factors from four dimensions: knowledge, subject knowledge, knowledge environment and knowledge transfer network structure, constructs the model of influence factors and proposes the relevant assumptions. Then the multiple regression analysis is used to test and analyze the model. [ Result/conclusion ] The results show that the hypothesis is supported by the data, and the model is fit. Empirical analysis provides inspirations for enterprise R&D team transfer performance management.
