英文摘要：
The internet communication of a social event has four stages ： incubation stage, expand stage, peak stage and subsiding stage. The first three stages are affected by the driving elements. Internet users＇ emotion is the circumstantial element which drives the internet communication of a social event. The circumstantial element is formed with core driving elements including the event＇ s essential character and the government＇ s disposal progress of the event. The driving mechanism of the internet communication of a social event shows the basic components of the information ecology： system, equilibrium, dynamics and human. Through the analysis of driving elements, driving nodes and driving paths, one can understand the driving mechanism of the internet communication of a social event.
