英文摘要：
Reliable safeguard system and institution design comprise the foundation of healthy operation and development of network information ecological chain （NIEC）. Based on the previous research, mathe- matical models describing the safeguard system and institution design of NIEC were proposed in this study. The requirement analysis for safeguard system and institution design was carried out in order to as- sess the adaptability between the present safeguard system of NIEC and its construction goal. The con- straints and boundaries of the safeguard system and institution design of NIEC were further investigated. A coupling principle and the path choice scheme from the macro, meso and micro level that can be adopt- ed were suggested. This study provides a theoretical framework for the construction of security system and institution desizn of specific NTIEC.
