完善的保障体系和制度设计对网络信息生态链良性运行和发展具有重要作用。在已有研究基础上,提出了网络信息生态链保障体系和制度设计的数学模型。重点开展了保障体系和制度设计的需求分析,探讨了约束条件和边界框架。探讨了网络信息生态链保障体系和制度设计的耦合性原则以及路径选择和主要对策,为进一步开展面向特定类型的网络信息生态链保障体系建设和制度设计提供了理论参考。
Reliable safeguard system and institution design comprise the foundation of healthy operation and development of network information ecological chain (NIEC). Based on the previous research, mathe- matical models describing the safeguard system and institution design of NIEC were proposed in this study. The requirement analysis for safeguard system and institution design was carried out in order to as- sess the adaptability between the present safeguard system of NIEC and its construction goal. The con- straints and boundaries of the safeguard system and institution design of NIEC were further investigated. A coupling principle and the path choice scheme from the macro, meso and micro level that can be adopt- ed were suggested. This study provides a theoretical framework for the construction of security system and institution desizn of specific NTIEC.
