英文摘要：
The logical starting point of this research is the network model of the system of third-party trading platform, then establishes structure model of the system and analyzes the topological properties, including the compositions of the system are in the form of chain of interest alliance; searching the target in the third-party electronic trading platform system only needs in the short average path length; the nodes of high degree show the feature of priority links. The three topological properties reflect three system characteristics, including the low efficiency of the mechanism; the high efficiency of the targets search mechanism; the stability of the system is system is because of the channel monopoly in operating searching is because of the accompanied by vulnerability intelligent navigation in the in the risk mechanism.
