旅华韩国游客文化旅游动机特征分析——以北京市为例

入境旅游在国际旅游中占有很重要的地位,同时游客的旅游动机对旅游目的地的可持续发展至关重要。本文选取北京入境韩国游客为研究对象,对其文化旅游动机特征进行了实证研究。研究结果显示:通过因子分析萃取出四个旅华韩国游客的文化旅游动机因子(便利与信赖、物价与基础设施、节庆与信息、文化遗迹);聚类分析将旅华韩国游客分为四类,方差分析检验出旅华韩国游客文化旅游的差异性,在游客旅游行为方面:来华旅游次数、旅游形态、住宿环境、旅游目的、滞留时间等方面的差异达到了显著水平,而旅游信息来源的差异则不明显;在旅华韩国游客的人口统计学特征方面:婚姻状况、月收入两方面的差异达到了显著水平,而其他方面的差异则不明显。最后,在分析本研究结论的基础上提出了本研究的不足和未来的研究方向

英文摘要:

Inbound tourism plays an important role in international tourism.Meanwhile,tourists’ behaviors are important to the sustainable development of destinations.Through analysis of characteristics of motivations and behaviors from Korean tourists in China,it is concluded that managing the general rules of inbound tourists is of importance to promote and develop China’s tourism in international tourism markets.This study focuses primarily on inbound Korean tourists to Beijing and empirically analyzes characteristics of their cultural tourism motivations and behaviors using a random questionnaire survey.An on-site survey was distributed to inbound Korean tourists during the period March 3-April 28,2009.A total of 600 questionnaires were delivered and 506 usable samples were received.Results show that there were generally 4 factors affecting cultural tourism motivations of Korean tourists,i.e.,convenience and reliance factor,price and infrastructure factor,festival and information factor,and culture and heritage factor.It is revealed that there are four types of Korean inbound tourists to Beijing,i.e.,pursuing convenience and reliance,pursuing price and infrastructure,pursuing festival and information,and pursuing culture and heritage.Based on the Chi square test,it is found that there are significant differences in "time of visit","type of tourism","environment of accommodation",and "purpose of tourism" and "length of stay",but no significant difference in resources of information.There are also differences in demographic characteristics.Marital situations and monthly income show significant differences,but other characteristics have no significant differences.The tourism market was grouped into four types based on the tourism behaviors of inbound Korean tourists.In group I,most of the tourists belonged to individual,family or group travelers.The four-star hotel was often the target hotel and the purpose of them for relaxation and knowing Chinese culture.The length of traveling time for group I w
