城市化水平与城市资源压力的耦合关系研究——以咸阳市为例

中文摘要：

城市化离不开资源环境的支撑和保障,而城市化的发展又必然对资源环境产生一系列的影响,缓解两者之间的矛盾是城市健康、可持续发展面临的主要问题。本文运用＂纵向拉开档次法＂对咸阳市1989-2009年间的城市化水平进行了测度,同时,使用资源压力指数法对咸阳市城市资源压力进行了定量评价,并对城市化水平体系的准则层与城市资源压力指数之间进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明：①咸阳市1989-2009年城市化水平在逐年推进,城市资源压力指数也在不断增长,个别年份会产生一些波动;②城市化水平与城市资源压力之间存在很强的相关性,其中＂城市化装备力＂与城市资源压力之间的相关性尤为显著。针对这一现状,本文提出了协调加快城市化进程和缓解城市资源压力之间矛盾的几点建议。

英文摘要：

Without the support and protection of resources and environment,urbanization could not develop well,then,urbanization caused a series of problems to resources and environment.Therefore,solving the conflict between them is the main issue that we are facing in the process of city health and sustainable development.This paper intended to measure the urbanization of Xianyang from 1989 to 2009 by the way of Vertical-scatter and apply a quantitative to analyze the resources stress index of urbanization of Xianyang.Meanwhile,Grey-correlation was taken to analyze the relationship about some relevant factors and resources stress.The results indicated：①the urbanization level is gradually improving year by year from 1989 to 2009 in Xianyang,the urban resources stress had same trend,but they could produce some fluctuations in individual years;②there was a strong and close relationship between urbanization level and urban resources stress,especially the equipped force of urbanization has stronger relationship with urban resources.In response to this situation,some suggestions were put forward on coordinating the paradox between boosting urbanization process and easing the urban resource stress.
