毕业实习是工科院校教学的重要组成部分。本文分析了影响化工专业毕业实践教学效果的诸多因素，提出了加强实习管理，将毕业实习与毕业论文和就业相结合、加强与校外单位的合作与沟通，走产学研合作道路的改进措施，以促进化工专业毕业实习教学质量的提高。

Graduate training is an important teaching chain of higher engineering course, questions of graduate training in chemical engineering are discussed in this paper. Enhancing practice management, cooperating Graduate training , graduation thesis and college graduate employment , strengthening the relationship and negotiation with enterprises, carrying on the project of production-education-research collaboration are very important to improve graduate training quality.
