静宁鸡胚脾脏发育的形态学观察

静宁鸡胚孵化,从E8开始到出壳,每日龄随机取5个鸡胚,甲醛固定,测量胚胎体重,取出脾脏,称重,石蜡包埋,连续切片,H.E.染色,光学显微镜观察、照相.结果:鸡胚的体重随日龄而增加,E8~E12增重缓慢,从E13开始加速生长,而脾脏的重量在E14开始迅速增长,到E18之后变化不大.E12时脾脏脾索清晰,脾血窦较大,E18时中央动脉明显,出现明显白髓,E20时出现笔毛动脉,血窦减少.表明:鸡胚的体重随日龄而增加,而鸡胚脾脏则主要在胚胎发育后期发育加快.随着鸡胚日龄增大,眸索和脾窦发生较早,而脾脏动脉发生略迟,最后脾脏的各组织结构更加完善。

英文摘要:

Jingning chicken fertilized eggs were selected to study the morphological characteristics of spleen development. Five eggs were selected randomly from 8 d to E 20 d of the embryo for study. All eggs in different ages were opened and the embryos were removed, body weight and spleen weight were measured, and the growth rates were analyzed, the stereoscope were used to observe spleen characteristics. The spleen were fixed with formaldehyde, embedded in paraffin, sliced continously, and stained using hematoxylin and eosin, then observed under optical microscopy. The results showed that the body weight were gained slowly in Es - El2 along with the increasing of embryo age, and began increasing since E13 quickly, then reduced at Els. Spleen weight increased rapidly between E14 and E18, and also slow down gradualy. Spleen cord was clearly observed with large sinusoid at E12- The entral artery was seen with white pulp obviously at Els. In Ea0, Mao T artery appeared with the reducing of sinusoid. In conclusion, the weight of the spleen did not increase completely with age and embryo weight, the development of spleen cord and spleen sinuses were prior to the artery; With increasing of the age, the morphological structure of the embryo spleen became more near to the complete.
