客户是现代商业银行的核心资源,客户重要性的有效评估对于商业银行提升市场竞争力具有重要的现实意义。金融交易记录是客户进行社会经济活动的记录信息,由众多交易记录构成的图形是一个复杂的社会网络,网络结构是客户重要性差异的具体体现。作为一种日益成熟的研究方法,社会网络为商业银行客户重要性的评估提供了新的研究视角。文中应用社会网络理论及分析方法,通过建立商业银行客户交易网络,分析了客户重要性的评估指标,并在此基础上建立了评估模型。最后的实验验证表明了研究的可行性及有效性。
It has been realized that customer is the important resource of the mordent commercial banks , and the customer importance evaluation is of great significance for commercial banks to en-hance market competitiveness .The financial transaction records are the customer record informa-tion of social and economic activities .The graph which is composed of these records is a social network , and the network structure is the description of the difference of customer importance .As an increasingly mature research way , social network has provided new research perspective for commercial bank ’ s customer importance evaluation .Applying social network theory and analytical methods, the paper through the establishment of commercial bank customer transaction network , analyzes the evaluation indexes of the customer importance evaluation , and establishes the evalua-tion model .The final experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the re-search .
