The technique innovation is the research hot spot of economics and management science, and is a kind of valid formation to raise the enterprise performance and promote the economics development. The technique innovation system includes four constituents： production innovation, research innovation, management innovation and market innovation. The structure analysis of technique innovation system may disclose the success and default of technique innovation behavior of enterprises in China to raise the technique innovation efficiency.
