Article from the etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis and drugs＇ concerted application regulation introduce Professor WANG Xinyue＇s experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.When herbal prescription,Professor WANG Xin-yue emphasize：①Tonic lung and spleen qi as the sovereign drug,both consider spleen kidney yang deficiency,yin deficiency of liver and kidney;②Cleaning heat,eliminating dampness,removing toxin,both consider promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,regulating qi and congducting food retention;③Promoting blood circulation and stop bleeding,astrnge wounds and generate muscle,and promoting ulcer healing;④Stressing the pathogenesis of heat and cold in complexity.Using both clearing and warming therapies in the case.Methods of eliminating pathogen and strengthening healthy qi should be adopted to treat the disease.⑤Distinguish apply sour apocrustic and astringency drugs,adjust the intestinal disorders,in clinical practice,achieved good effect.
