针对复杂工业过程的对象难以在实验室建立及其仿真系统不能方便快捷开发的现状,提出采用组态软件及仿真软件混合编程开发工业过程虚拟对象软件平台。该平台采用前台界面层、中间通讯层、后台模型层3层结构,以多种可控数据交换方式实现前台界面与后台模型的无缝链接,制定二次开发规则,以平台程序为基础,可实现针对某一工业过程对象仿真软件的快速开发。最后以钢球磨煤机制粉系统的虚拟对象验证了平台的有效性。
The plant of an industrial process is almost impossible to established in the lab, and its simulation system can not be quickly developed. For solving this problem, a virtual software platform of an industrial process plant was presented by using con- figuration software and simulation software. This platform consisted of the foreground interface layer, the middle communication layer, and the background model layer. The data exchange between the foreground interface and the background model was seam- lessly realized. The secondary development rulers were put in form. According to the rulers, the development of some industrial process plant simulation software could be quickly realized on the basis of the platform program. The virtual plant of coal pulverizing systems was developed on the platform, and the availability of the platform was proved.
