在分析以往信用评价的理论基础上,构建了一套电力用户信用等级的评价指标,其权重的确定采用熵值法和层次分析法结合,弥补了层次分析法偏向主观性和熵值法偏向客观性的缺点,并利用理想点法对用户进行信用等级划分,以期为供电企业规避电费回收风险提供参考。
Based on the analysis of conventional credit assessment theories, a set of indices to assess the credit rating of electric consumers are established. The entropy method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were combined to determine the weight, and the shortcomings of subjectivity-oriented AHP and objectivity-oriented entropy method are thus solved. The entropy and Topsis method were also used to identify the consumer's credit rating. The assessment method can provide reference for power supply enterprises to avoid electric toll collection risks.
