随着用户和发电公司同时参与备用市场的方式日趋成熟,电网公司如何调用备用容量才能使自身利益最大化成为研究的新热点问题。先利用会计成本法对发电机组的备用报价进行分析,并构建发电侧备用容量的优化模型;同时,根据用户上报的可中断负荷和可中断电价进行排序,构建以用户可中断负荷为备用容量的离散优化模型;在此基础上,建立双侧开放的备用市场联合优化模型,利用最速下降的启发式算法得出电网公司需调用的最优备用容量。算例表明,在保持相同电网可靠性的情况下,联合优化模型购买备用的费用少于其它两种购买方式。
Since the fashion of both customers and generation companies participating in reserve market has become more and more mature, the problem of how to choose reserve capacities for power grid company in order to get maximum benefit has been considered as a focus in research. Based on the analysis of the quoted price of power reserve unit by using the accountant cost method ,the optimized model of reserve capacities in generation side is constructed. Then the discrete optimized model which takes customer's interruption loads as reserve capacities is proposed according to the order of interruption loads and interruption power price quoted by customers. Based on that,the united optimized model of the two-side-open reserve market is established, and the optimized reserve capacities of power grid company are obtained by the heuristic steepest descent method. Case study shows that the expense of power grid company for buying reserve capacities using the united optimized model is less than using the other two models while the reliability of power system is kept the same.
