Because of the electricity markets renovation, the business environment and management environment of companies have been deeply changed, and the traditional management pattern has been austerely challenged. The paper analyses the characteristics of the power generation eompanines and builds the value chain model of the power generation eompanines. Through decomposing the management and business process of value increment parts, it looks for the existing problem of every aspect of the power generaion companies process and give the correspond- ing improvement adviees by discussing the strategy of electricity generation companies in the market environment.
