在考虑了发电公司和电网公司实行差价合约的风险的条件下,采用期望-方差法对其进行衡量。在此基础上利用经济学中的边际效用理论提出了发电公司和电网公司的边际风险效益概念,并构建了发电公司与电网公司的风险效益平衡模型以确定最优电量分配率。最后通过算例分析表明本文提出的模型具有一定的合理性和可操作性,能平衡发电公司和电网公司的利益,并可为电力管理部门提供参考。
In this paper the authors weigh risks of generating company and power grid company with expectation-difference method under the condition that the contract for differences is implemented between both companies; on this basis by use of marginal-avail method in economics, a concept of marginal risk benefit for both companies is proposed and a marginal risk benefit balance model between the two companies is built up to determine optimal electricity quantity distribution ratio. Finally, The results of numerical example analysis show that the proposed model is reasonable and operable, by which the benefit of both companies can be balanced.
