我国电网企业作为独立经营的经济实体，其可持续发展水平直接决定着整个电力产业的发展水平，并影响着国民经济和社会的可持续性。评价电网企业的可持续发展需首先设计1套指标体系进行描述，然后构造方法对指标进行计算与衡量。本文根据电网企业的特征，构建了描述可持续发展的指标体系，并提出1种改进的综合集成赋权方法，与TOPSIS法结合，对指标体系进行评价。
英文摘要：
As an individual economic entity, the sustainable development level of the power grid company in our country is in direct relation to the whole electrical industry and the sustainability of the national economy and the society. In order to evaluate the sustainable development level of the power grid company, we should design an index system to describe it firstly and then construct the evaluation method to calculate and measure it. This paper de- signed the sustainable development index system according to the characters of the power grid company, and figured out an improved method for calculating the index＇ s weighting, and then evaluated the system combined with TOPSIS method.
