为弥补目前安全领域中关于外界因素引发人的心理创伤的评估理论与技术的研究不足,基于安全科学的视角,提出创伤及心理创伤的定义,并分析其内涵。基于此,给出心理创伤评估学的定义,分析心理创伤评估学的内涵及研究对象、研究范围、研究内容与研究目的等基本问题,并详细论述心理创伤评估学的学科基础与研究程序。结果表明,创建心理创伤评估学可为心理创伤的立法、赔偿、治疗、干预与预防等提供重要科学依据与操作方法。
英文摘要：
In order to fill in the lack of research on the assessment theory and technology about the psychic trauma problem caused by external factors in safety discipline,the definitions of trauma and psychic trauma were proposed from the perspective of safety science,and their connotations were analyzed. On this basis,the definition of psychic trauma assessment science was proposed,and its connotation was analyzed. Meanwhile,four basic issues in the psychic trauma assessment science including research object,scope,content and purpose were dissected. Accordingly,the disciplinary foundation and research process were discussed in details. The results showed that the establishment of psychic trauma assessment science can provide significant scientific foundation and operation method for the legislation,compensation,treatment,intervention and prevention of psychic trauma.
